i heard that wearing of a beard is not hygienic, for example when you are eating, something stucks in it. Is it true? The bearded, give your opinion

It is not hygienic if you do not look after your beard, all you need is only to wash it and cut time-to-time. Also you may have short beard styles like these that will never hinder you.
